When you come for your initial screening you will need to bring a completed Health Screening Intake Questionnaire with you. After the initial measurements have been taken and recorded, the results can be reviewed. At the end of this screening process you receive a complete print out indicating to what degree various organs in your body are in or out of balance. To make sure your test results are as accurate as possible, we suggest you take into account the following preparation guidelines :

Please make sure you drink at least 2 liters of water in the 24 hours before your test - also make sure you are well hydrated the day of your test.

Do not eat any foods containing wheat, dairy or sugar in the 24 hours prior to your test.

On the day of your test, please do not wear any jewellery you do not normally wear 24/7 (i.e. if you normally wear a wedding ring you will be able to wear it throughout the screening or test session). You will be asked to remove any jewellery that you do not consistently wear.

On the day of your test, please do not wear any hand cream as this will also affect our ability to conduct the test(s).

Print and complete the Health Screening Intake Questionnaire ONLY if you are doing the Health Screening on its own or as part of a combination of tests and bring it with you.

At the end of your screening and/or testing session you will receive a printed report as well as related expert recommendations & advice. That's the instant bit.

Depending on the outcome of your screening and/or testing session you may be recommended to address identied core health issues, food sensitivities and deficiencies through the correct use of therapeutic supplements and/or a bespoke approach using colon hydrotherapy and nutritional therapy. This is the bit that will take some time as your body goes through it own healing process.

24 hour cancellation is required for any appointment. Should you have an appointment on a Monday you woul need to cancel at the very latest on the previous Saturday before the equivalent time of your appointment on the Monday. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time as explained above your payment card will be charged the cancellation fee at the cost of the session booked unless we are able to refill your cancelled appointment slot. The full cancellation fee will also be charged to you payment card if you do not attend your scheduled appointment and have not given us at least 24 hours notice as described above.
